Dear Fans of ATF,

ATF's Annual Winter Benefit is already in the planning stages and we'd love to have your help. Please join us as a fellow member of the Benefit Committee. As 2010 marks our Sweet 16, the theme for the evening will revolve around sugar. Producing Artistic Director Mark Fleischer has already lined up an unbelievable group of entertainers and the evening promises to be fun filled.

Serving on the benefit committee is fun and easy. .We do most correspondence and updates by email. We also have one festive committee meeting where we welcome new and returning members and talk about the event.

We hope you will join the benefit committee, and encourage your friends and family members to join with you. The more involvement we have the more likely we will reach our fundraising goals and make sure there is high quality professional theatre next summer.

Benefit Committee Member Responsibilities:

1. Each committee member is asked to solicit three auction items, which they are encouraged to find on their own. Dave King, our auction chairperson, will assign businesses to contact to those committee members who cannot come up with auction items.

2. Each committee member also is asked to attend the Benefit and join in the celebration. Tickets range from $65 - $160
