Adirondack Theatre Festival Production History The Adirondack Theatre Festival was founded by a group of New York City-based theatre professionals to present contemporary live theatre in primarily the Warren County region in upstate New York as well as developing new theatrical work in New York City. The Festival’s focus is on young, emerging artists as actors, directors, playwrights, and designers working on the Festival, and new and contemporary plays, musicals, and solo performances. The Festival is very interested in building a new relationship with an audience in a region of upstate New York which in 1995 did not have a professional not-for-profit summer theatre. This relationship involves the community not only as audience members, but also as participants in workshops and discussions. 1995 SEASON, 18 Days: 1996 SEASON, 25 Days:
