Late Seating Policy

ATF performances start promptly at the designated start time.

Late Seating is at the discretion of the house manager so as to not disturb patrons already watching the show.

Latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission.

Patrons leaving the seating area during the performance will be allowed to return to their seat at the discretion of the house manager so as to limit the disturbance for other patrons.

Children

As a theatre committed to new and contemporary theatre, ATF’s productions are intended for adult audiences. Some productions may not be suitable for children. Please inquire at the box office if you have questions about a show’s content, language or themes.

Regardless of age, all children who attend must have a ticket. Children under the age of 6 will not be admitted except in the case of PB&J Cafe performances. We ask that children attending ATF sit quietly throughout the entire performance. Please inform the box office if you will be attending with a child so they can assist you in making the best seating selection.

Food and Beverages

No food or beverages (without a lid) are allowed inside the seating area of the Wood Theater. Concessions are available in the inner lobby before the show and during intermission.

Electronic Equipment

Please turn off all pagers, cellular phones, personal organizers, watch alarms, and other sound-emitting devices before the performance so they do not disturb those around you. Cameras and recording equipment are strictly prohibited. Those caught using such devices will be escorted from the theatre and their recordings confiscated.

Call us, we’re happy to help! (518) 480-4878

Lost Tickets

If you misplace your tickets for a single play, come to the box office the night of your show and we will reprint your tickets. If you lose an entire set of subscription tickets, call or stop by the box office and we will fill out a subscription reprint request. Please note that it takes at least 24 hrs to reprint a set of subscription tickets.

Running Time

Once a play has opened you may find out the running time by calling the box office, (518) 480-4878 or checking that show’s page on the ATF website.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the Wood Theater. If smoking will occur on stage as a part of the performance this will be posted in the lobby as well as any use of fog, gun shots or strobe lights.

Other Considerations

We want everyone to share in the enjoyment of ATF’s production, so we seek your help in respecting the needs of others. Coughing, while unavoidable, can be quite distracting. If your cough persists, consider excusing yourself to the lobby. And please unwrap any lozenges or other products before the performance starts. Also, many people are highly allergic to perfume, cologne, or scented products, so we ask that patrons avoid using them. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.
