Join Our Producers Circle Today!

What is the Producers Circle?

The ATF Producers Circle is a community of individuals committed to support the core mission of the Adirondack Theatre Festival with a minimum annual contribution of $500.  To bring a new play to life is an arduous and risky journey requiring a strong creative team and visionary supporters willing to provide the resources needed for the trip.  The Producers Circle was established following ATF’s 25th Anniversary season (2019) to bring together and to recognize loyal and generous patrons willing to provide annual support to ATF’s operations.

We invite you to join our efforts to ensure ATF’s continuing success.  Your ongoing commitment to the Producers Circle creates financial stability for ATF and provides a reliable source of revenue to cover our everyday operational costs.  In return, Producers Circle Members are invited to attend various special invitation-only events that provide an up-close and backstage look at ATF and the creation of new theatre.

Benefits of Membership

The primary benefit for members of the Producers Circle is their opportunity to peer behind the curtain and see the process it takes to bring a new play to life.  These member opportunities are in addition to the satisfaction of helping sustain one of the few theaters in the country solely devoted to presenting new plays.

Each season the Producers Circles hosts multiple events exclusively for Producers Circle members and their guests.  Each Producers Circle event directly enhances our appreciation of one of the season’s productions.  These programs provide Producers Circle members with special theatre insights as well as a chance to visit informally with the new play production team and with other supporters of new plays.

  • Recognition in Program and on Website as  Producers Circle Member
  • First to hear the season announcement in a small private event
  • Join us for a special Producers Circle “behind the scenes” discussion with artists involved in each show – gain more insight into the production, how it happens, and dive deeper into the themes of the show
  • Sit in on occasional early rehearsals and technical rehearsals to see scenes before they hit the stage
